Terms and Conditions 

1. Glen Test and Tag Services provides electrical testing and tagging services, including inspection, testing, and tagging of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

2. Service Limitations: The Company services are limited to testing and tagging of electrical equipment as per applicable safety standards. This service does not include repairs or modifications to equipment. If equipment fails inspection, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure it is repaired or replaced before continued use.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations: The Company will endeavor to perform services at the scheduled time. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Client Obligations
• The client must provide safe and clear access to all equipment for testing.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that all equipment requiring testing is available and ready for inspection.
• The client agrees to follow any recommendations regarding repairs or replacements following testing.

5. Payment Terms
• Payment is due within same day of service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the Company’s payment policy.
• The Company reserves the right to cease providing services in case of overdue payments.

6. Liability and Warranty
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or failure of any equipment tested.
• While the Company ensures testing is conducted per safety standards, it provides no warranty or guarantee on the lifespan or performance of tested equipment.

7. Confidentiality
All information obtained during testing will be treated as confidential and only shared with authorized parties.

8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next scheduled service.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [applicable jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

10. Acceptance
By engaging Glen Test and Tag Services, the client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
